In order to book the aatka aarti darshan at maa vaishno devi, the first requirement is to get registration formality completed at www.maavaishnodevi.org. After the registration is complete and account is activated, you start exploring and searching for the availability of Attka Darshan Parchi on a certain date. The site provides the facility to check the status online by clicking one single button to check availability.
Remarkably, if anything abnormal happens and a transaction fails, you should simply close all links in your internet explorer windows and revisit the website. Clearing the IE caches and cookies would further help in getting fresh download of the page instead of retrieval from stored cached documents and objects.
After opening the site in a new window, log on to your account using your user name and password. If you last failed transaction appears in the devote zone, then you can click the re-print option and obtain the printout of the registration. Avoid using back and forward button on your browser as it may give misleading results. Please be informed that devotees attempting to come to Attka darshan on a failed transaction would not be entertained at all. Be sure to check the devotee zone before proceeding.

It is very common due to high demand of this service. One should plan early to get the reservation.
But once you are in Katra, just visit the pawan or deccan office and see if you can get a chance to fly in case there is a no show or cancellation. Its quite probable that you get a flight!
